The Hybrid Project offers extreamly high levels of accountability, structure and education through our unique coaching systems. You receive all the benefits of our online coaching services, insane group community and access to our education portal with live weekly videos, trainings and meet-ups, along with 2 personal training sessions per week.
The program is designed to move away from the traditional personal training aspect of fitness with minimal accountability and mediocre results to a new era of of coaching clients.
